- What to do. . .
- As Micaheal leaves the house, he tells his mother that he is going for a walk. This is nothing more than a lie as he has other plans. Nonetheless, his mother believes him.
- Where are you going?
- I think I'm going to take a walk.
- Michael goes outside to his mother's car and proceeds to enter the veichle. He starts the car and exits the driveway with no idea what was going to happen.
- He starts driving. At first it was slow, just going around his neighborhood. But as he got farther and farther from his house, he began to speed up. Soon, he driving through his town well over the speed limit.
- VROOM
- Michael was driving along and everything seemed good. Until he quickly looked away from the road and crashed the car. Paramedics raced to the scene to see if he was injured.
- Thankfully, Michael did not have any serious injuries. He admits to his mistake and apologizes for lying. Not only does he learn his lesson about lying, but about driving safely. The moral of the story is that it only takes one lie to cause a whole series of problems.
- It was stupid of me. I made a mistake. It won't happen again.
- You can't lie to me like that. You could have been seriously injured.
