- Okay so for today I want you guys to close your eyes and imagine what you think a tree would feel or look like.
- Now that yall have done that, we are going to go outside and I am going to spot you off in to partners.
- Ms. WIlson what are we doing with these blindfolds?
- Good question, you guys are going to take turns being blindfolded. You are going to go and feel the tree while your friend leads you to it.
- Am I close yet?
- Okay Mark, move forward just a few steps and then touch the tree
- Wow Alyssa, was it this weird trying to feel a tree blindfolded?
- Okay you guys, now it is time to head inside and wrap up this assignment.
- I felt some indentions in the tree like smalll holes.
- I felt the rough bark.
- We felt some leaves and all rough bark
- Now can you guys tell me what you felt when you were blindfolded.
