- Hey! Stop right there and drop your weapon. You are under arrest for having a gun in public. You have the right to an attorney, according to the 6th Amendment though.
- I am sorry, sir! I didn't know I couldn't have a gun out here!
- Give me your purse, I need to make sure there are no more weapons here.
- Stop! That is my purse and the 4th Amendment protects me from any unnecessary or unreasonable searches of a person’s property without a warrant.
- Ok, you are right. I didn't think you knew about your rights. I am going to need to take you back to the station for now because you still violated the Bill of Rights.

- You are going to have to wait until trial to get out of jail. If you want to get out earlier, you must pay $200,000 bail.
- You can't make me pay $200,000 for going outside with my gun. I have the right to lower bail because the 8th Amendment protects me from any unreasonable or excessive bail.
