- Hello reader. My name is Rhae-Ann Campbell and beside me is Dirk Harrison.
- And today we will take a look at some push and pull factors that encouraged tourists to come to the Caribbean.
- Because of this they tried to get away from their war-torn homes for some security in less involved countries
- During War times it was not very relaxing for residents in Europe and other places to be worrying about being bombed every second

- Yes, the weather conditions are quite harsh in Europe during the winter and many of them try to leave.
- So Cold
- I met a tourist at the beach and they spoke about how they hated the weather in Europe during Winter.
- Tourism has had some negative impacts on the Caribbean such as the over reliance on the industry
- The Caribbean offers many natural resources that tourists enjoy. They come for our beaches, rivers, waterfalls, sun, mountains and many more.
- Agriculture is not as it used to be.
- PULL FACTORS
- A lot of focus has gone into the development of this industry which has shifted some attention from other important sectors
