- Two teenagers decide that there going to sneak out and go for a night out, one of them (Mia) decides to get into a lot more trouble than they thought they would.
- Mia is all ready and texts Tori that she'll be at her house soon.
- As Mia is driving to Tori's she gets a message from Tori and decides to look at the message because it "seemed important", Mia has now taken her attention off the road which is putting her and other drivers or pedestrians at risk.
- If only I didn't touch my phone while driving I wouldn't be I this mess!
- As Mia was texting and driving she didn't realize that there was a pedestrian crossing and mistakenly hit them, Mia calls 000 and the ambulance takes the injured person to the hospital.
- They finally arrive at the hospital and seeing how sad the pedestrian's family was devastated her and it made her regret ever reaching to her phone and replying to her friend.
- The Police come to the Hospital and have a little chat with Mia about the conferences she can and will be facing. She ended up with a $352 fine for texting while driving and could face possible jail time for hitting the pedestrian.
