- Why is Ramadan important? Ramadan symbolizes growth, and shares a sentimental moment with family members.
- Why do they celebrate Ramadan on the ninth month? The ninth month is the holiest month of the year.
- Muslim culture and American culture can be compared and contrasted in many different ways.
- Muslims have mosques they go to and practice their religion in them, Americans (mostly) Christians go to church.
- Muslims are also very strict about drinking, marriage, and clothing. It goes against their religion and is not accepted. Versus Americans, most Americans have had an alcohol beverage before the age of 16. Muslim and American culture differ in many ways.
