- Why is Jenny always mean to me? What did I ever do to her?!
- On the first day of kindergarten, Shannon (red hair) met Adrienne (blond hair). They became best friends and did everything together.

- Adrianne isn't here anymore so why am I still with them?
- One day Adrienne moved away but then she came back but she had made some new friends at church. Shannon was overjoyed that Adrienne had moved back, she wanted to get along with the group so she wouldn't lose her best friend.
- Sure!

- Hi I'm Zara, whats your name?
- Hey do you want to hang out with my friends and I at lunch?
- One of the girls in the group named Jenny would make fun of Shannon and bully her, but not wanting to lose her friend she went along with it for a while.
- Shannon can we join your group?
- Yeah sure!
- Yeah can we please?
- Then out of the blue Adrienne moved away again but Shannon knew she was not going to come back. She decided to leave the group because Adrienne wasn't there anymore and she kept getting picked on.
- In fifth grade, Shannon was put in a fifth/sixth spilt class and she was feeling lonely because she didn't have any friends. After a little bit, her teacher made her switch seats and she was next to two sixth-graders, a girl named Zara and her friend Veronica. Shannon became good friends with them and she was with them for the remainder of the year.
- At the end of the year the rest of the group wanted to join her group because it wasn't fun without her. Shannon let them join because Zara and Veronica were moving away. She let everyone join except Jenny because she was really mean to her.
