- "Overwhelmed Wilma" watches a more difficult video and completes practice 2 the same way as practice 1. She captures data in the OLCR Assessment Aid and completes the MHA Report and DE Certificate.

- The supervisor provides feedback but less guidance at the end of practice 2.
