- Workers either need to be compensated or given their first warnings and return to work, as you did something which was againist the law
- An appointment is scheduled with management after the union organizer meets with the trade union to address the issue
- I agree with reinstating the workers and giving them a warning for enganging in an illegal strike
- We agree with terms and we are happy with the outcome
- The trade union, dismissed wrkers and management meet up to resolve the issue
- The problems are identified and a course of action that will benefit management and employees is suggested.
- Management agrees to reinstate the workers again
