- Narrator(Ruskin Bond):It has been almost 25 years since Toto. I still remember the pesky little thing. How is eyes shined with mischief and how many times he put himself in unfortunate situations. I was a bit upset when he left but I was a child. Nowadays whenever I get time I write about him because I am writer. So, I put it all in a story I called The adventures of Toto.
- Narrator(Ruskin Bond):Around 10 years ago I came across a dog that resembled. What was funny that once on a train journey he was considered a dog and grandfather had to pay for him. When I saw that dog I took him home and I tended to him. And just saw how much he resembled Toto. His calloused hands and his big adorable eyes. And I knew he was going to be a handful but why not keep him around ?
- I played with him for hours on long and I accounted everything into something I named Toto's memoir. I updated it everyday and it soon became the most interesting ever. I got most of my relatives and they loved it. I was planning on never letting go of him.
- I had Toto for 5 years. Unarguable they were the best 5 years of my life. His mischief is what got him killed. He by mistake swallowed a piece of glass which pierced his heart. I was sad but I had to remember my moments with him. I made exact 400 memoirs of him. I published it and let the world know about Toto who made me happy and joyous.
