- "I'm-I'm-my name's Edmund.
- "And what, pray, are you?"
- Edmund sees Lucy go into the wardrobe and decides to follow her in.
- While Edmund was wandering around in Narnia looking for Lucy, he stumbled upon the Queen of Narnia, a pale and rude woman. The Queen asked him who and what he was.
- "Oh, yes, Lucy and I have been playing-pretending that her story about a country in the wardrobe is true."
- After finding out that Edmund had three human siblings and went in through a wardrobe, her tone changes and she becomes very kind to Edmund. She gives Edmund a warm frothy drink and magic Turkish Delight that made Edmund keep wanting more and more.
- Soon after, Lucy finds Edmund and tells him to be careful of the White Witch that calls herself the Queen of Narnia. Edmund doesn't tell Lucy he met the Witch.
- When Edmund and Lucy get back to the spare room and out of Narnia, Lucy tells Peter and Susan about Edmund being in Narnia with her. Edmund lies and says he wasn't in Narnia with her.
