I started to lose the match because I was so tired, I was so upset I went to the side and laid on the ground

Im glad i went out today, i'm still annoyed that I lost but i'm going to take this like a learning experience and use it to better myself
I ended up going to get mcdonads with a friend and we ate at his house, i cooled down after but I was still upset, In the end I learned a very valuable lesson that day and it has stuck with me till this day
