- Exposition
- This is Josh Bell - a star basketball player for his school team, which has never lost a game since he joined.
- Rising Action
- I love you
- Josh's brother JB wins a bet with him and Josh forces him to cut off all of his hair. JB also meets "Miss Sweet Tea" and forgets about his brother. He starts walking home with her every day, stops talking to Josh, and stops eating lunch with josh.
- Climax
- Kissing
- Josh sees JB and "Miss Sweet Tea" kissing in the library when JB was supposed to be working with him on their group project. this made Josh very mad.
- Falling action
- Josh was very mad and JB kept asking for the ball during their basketball game, so Josh threw the basketball straight at JB's face and gave him a bloody nose. They went to the hospital and Josh got suspended from the basketball team.
- Resolution
- Josh's dad was playing basketball with Josh when he collapsed from a disease and lost his pulse. He was rushed to the hospital and Josh and JB started to talk again. Josh's father was ok, but he had to stay in the hospital for some time.
- Theme
- In the finals of their basketball championship, Josh's dad dies at the hospital. They have a funeral outside for him. I believe the theme is that even through loss and suffering and hate, family always stays together.
