Our plan is complete. Did you hear anything strange?
I only heard the wails of a cricket and the screams of an owl.Now tell me, what happened?
Although Lady Macbeth fears that Duncan's murder is unsuccessful, Macbeth enters holding a bloody dagger and reassures her that Duncan is dead. She replies and notifies him of the noises she heard.

This is a sorry sight.
What nonsense!
The servants cried "God bless us" and "Amen." List’ning their fear I could not say “Amen,” When they did say “God bless us!”
Macbeth realizes what he has done and says it is a "Sorry sight" meaning that his hands which are covered in Duncan's blood is extremely distressing and causes him to feel sorrow. Macbeth also recalls the voices of the servants who witnessed the murder.

You must stop thinking about what you have done or it will make us both mad.
Now go wash this filthy evidence from your hands and put the daggers back in Duncan's room.
I will not go back, I do not want to look at what I have done.
You weakling! You should be ashamed of yourself, give me the dagger!
Seeing that Macbeth is stressed about killing the king, his wife reassures him that they should forget about what they have done. Lady Macbeth notices that the daggers must stay in Duncan's room, so they can successfully frame the sleeping servants. However, Macbeth refuses to enter the room again. Now, Lady Macbeth must improvise.
