- well i will be happy to tell you about Endosymbiosis! the story of how we all came to earth!
- but back to what i wanted to say have u ever wondered how life on earth began? all the people that are walking down the streets, ur friends, the animals around you and so on?
- some of these prokaryotes were bacteria that had the ability to use oxygen to produce ATP energy (the principal molecule for storing and transferring energy in cells. ) And some prokaryotes were larger and could consume others, engulfing them. the endosymbiotictheory is that some of these large cells engulfed some of these small bacteria.
- There was diversity in prokaryotes millions of years ago, just as there is in many organisms. some of the prokaryoteshad photosynthetic abilities, which means, they could make their food using sunlight energy. and those were the photosyntheticbacteria.
