- This is a prime example of person versus self and is an internal conflict where Lennie is having a wave of emotions where he is afraid, sad, and quite possibly mad at himself for what he has done in this situation.
- This is an internal conflict and by far one of the most conflicting things George has ever had to deal with in his life and shows a really good example of person versus self because all of the emotions inside him are against one another in this moment.
- In this picture, it shows an example of an internal and external conflict with person versus person where Lennie is getting attacked by Curley but is also a person versus self where Lennie is trying to decide if he should do something to stop Curley from hurting him more
