- sleep ,my little flower ,my sweet princess. don't worry about anything.Just sleep. something tells me that you're getting a visitor, my sleeping beauty.
- I'm so tired. I wish i could go to sleep.
- who are you? what are you doing in the amma's backyard ? She'll have you beaten up if she sees you.

- My name is Rajkumar, and i'm just a wanderer, young lady; I don't mean any harm.

- I just want to go on looking into your eyes, Chaambali. Your eyes are so wonderfully luminous, they seem to be looking into my soul. Can i just sit here in your kitchen and look at you?
- Chaambali sits down , puts her head on her knees and goes to sleep. Pari rustles about, stirring and cutting and chopping, and soon, a wonderful aroma wafts around the kitchen and escapes through the backdoor into the spotlessly clean backyard.
