- Hi I am a person in Congress who sponsors the bill and creates a draft. I am going to see if having no homework is a good law. What this means is if I like the idea I can make a draft and can advance to the next step.

- Hi I am the President Joe BIden and I can say if I want to keep this law of no homework or I could say No. I say Yes for no homework is a good law.
