The top-level manager is someone who sets goals for fellow employees and plans for the future. Examples of top-level managers are CEOs, Vice presidents, and presidents. They usually are a small group of people and sometimes even a single person. Their goals consist of, how much money they want to make, and goals that are going to help the company succeed. A goal might be to sell 50 cars a month, and they want to hit that goal or exceed that goal.

Middle line managers. The middle line manager is who the top managers go to if they have an idea for the company. They are the first line of communication from the top manager. An example would be if someone isn't doing their job right or needs to be cut from the job they will report to the top-level manager.
I have an idea!!

The first level manager is the lowest level of management. They work with the employers and manage them to make sure they are doing their job right. They also tell the employers the goals and make sure they accomplish them and meet the expectations.
