- In this comic, the girl is over exercising, avoiding meals, and when she does it she purges directly after. The backstory to this is someone at school made a comment about her looking fat. She didn't like hearing this comment, so she decided to do what she thought would help. Saying this harmful phrase, caused the girl to do something so harmful to her physical health.
