- *Parent offscreen overhears* Ya, this is an issue that is not just affecting college students either.I have a friend who has worked sixty plus hours a week their whole life and now due to the Arizona becoming a retirement hub is being priced out of the neighborhood they grew up in. This is an issue that even has a bill at the desk of our Governor right now trying to curb it

- “Arizona State is becoming increasingly popular for out of state students, and it is a lot of rich kids coming in due to the ability to leave their states who can afford this. Unfortunately, Arizona wants these students for the schools so local kids will continue to be priced out
