- What makes you interested to join our company?
- The scene is about 2 interviewers interviewing a few candidates to offer a job in their company. The first candidate’s name is Eddylina and she has been required to tell about herself. A few other questions also had been asked by the interviewer regarding her personal data. Catherine managed to answer all the questions but unfortunately, her proficiency in English is not good.
- SCENE 4
- Hopefully I receive good news....
- Eddylina completely feels sad and disappointed with the interviewer’s decision that she won’t be appointed to any position in this company. She walks away from the room sadly meanwhile other candidates are waiting for their turn to be called. She realizes the cause that makes her fail in the interview is because of her low proficiency in English. Her English didn’t satisfy the interviewer as they are looking for candidates who speak English fluently.
- SCENE 5
- What is your greatest strength?
- I am capable to work with other staffs as a team....
- Next, the second candidate named Vinssri was called to be interviewed. She has been asked a few questions by the interviewer regarding her background, qualifications, strengths, and weakness and lastly about her purpose to work in this company. The interview went smoothly and Vinssri was able to answer all the questions professionally. The interviewer seems quite happy and satisfied with her performance throughout the interview.
- SCENE 6
- I made it!!! I made it!!
- The interview session for Vinssri is over and she walks away from the room with doubt. She was uncertain about the decision whether she pass or fail the interview. She feels happy and satisfied with her own performance during the interview and she really hopes to receive good news from the management department. Eddylina full of disappointment and sadness was standing there and watching all the candidates that were being interviewed. Eddylina approached Vinssri and informed her that she failed the interview because of her bad English.
- The third candidate's named Siti called to be interview. She has been asked a few questions by the interviewer regarding her personal background, qualifications, Microsoft skills, and many more. Siti successfully managed to answer all the questions professionally. The interviewer was bloomed away by her advanced proficiency in English. Siti feels happy during the interview session.
- Right after the interview session finished, she received the good news that she had been appointed as one of the workers in this company. Siti walks away from the room happily and proudly. She joyfully tells ‘ I made it !’, ‘ I made it!’ to everyone who waits outside the interview room. Eddylina and Vinssri were shocked and surprised at Siti. They both approached Siti and asked how she passed the interview.
