The constitution states: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause...", so you can't go inside their house without a warrant.
- But I thought I had reasonable suspicion...is that not enough?
- Yeah...Let's go to the court and see if we can get a warrant.
- Alright, I'll follow you.
