- Email is not my thing
- School has released an announcement saying that all lectures and tutorials will be conducted virtually. Due to this sudden news, I have difficulties in conducting online teaching as I have not experienced before.
- Hello, may i request to upgrade my WIFI plan?

- I always find poor wifi connection when I’m delivering lectures at home. Sometimes, it happens when I’m invigilating the exam.

- Due to the lockdown, we could only contact our colleagues using email. As email has limitations on conveying information and it requires time to wait for replies, hence, I find it ineffectively to transmit important and urgent messages.
- To solve the wifi connection issues, I’ve decided to upgrade to a faster connection, stronger coverage and a better device capacity WiFi plan.
- For urgent messages, I still prefer to contact my colleagues via phone call or schedule a zoom meeting with them.
