The women's march on Versailles occurred when women rioted in the market places of Paris over the high price of bread.

Both Louis XVl and Marie Antionette were convicted on the count of treason. They both were sentenced to be executed by the guillotine. 
Napoleon Bonaparte quickly grew in his military positions during the French Revolution and he seized political power in France in 1799 and later crowned himself  emperor in 1804. 
Napoleon was forced to leave his thrown after being defeated by the Austrian, Prussian, and Russian forces. Napoleon was sentenced to exile.
