- Inside the Royal Mint of Spain, some of the robbers are with the hostages while the others are making the money.

- The rest of the robbers are ecstatic because they are printing millions of euros.
- Meanwhile the police officers are looking for a possible solution but they are miserable as they feel helpless; they decide to negotiate with the gang.
- During the negotiations, the police Inspector Raquel Murillo meets the Professor, falling in love with him to the point of choosing to follow him instead of arresting him.
