- Toto was a pet monkey bought by the Grandfather from a tonga driver. He was a pretty but a very mischievous monkey.
- Toto was kept as a secret because Grandmother always fussed when Grandfather brought some new bird or animal but one day...
- The walls of the room which had been covered with some ornamental paper now stood as naked brick and plaster...
- then Toto was shifted to grandfather's private zoo....
- One day at lunch time, toto was stuffing himself with rice while grandma came and screamed at him and he threw a plate at her while one the aunts received a glass of water
- Toto was finally accepted by grandmother and was given a home in the stable with the family donkey , Nana.
- During the first night,Grandfather paid them Toto a visit and he was surprised to see Nana without apparent cause,pulling at her halter and trying to keep her head as far as possible from a bunch of hay
- Toto liked bathing that one day he nearly succeeded in boiling himself alive...
