- I am Shiela Mae Miclat. I was born and raised in Macabebe, Pampanga. I am a grade 12 student taking STEM Strand at San Vicente San Francisco High School. I like surfing the internet so it made me master using social media platforms and the the Microsoft Office.
- To begin with, tell me about yourself.
- Working in a call center gives you the opportunity to polish and strengthen your communication skills via communication with customers. Developing the ability to communicate in all types of scenarios, including angry and happy customers, makes you a highly valuable individual.
- Why are you applying in the BPO industry?
- My greatest weakness is I tend to procrastinate I can work on a regular daily assignments but not with big projects like thesis. To overcome this, I practiced having a productive day everyday and breakdown big projects in to mini projects until I complete the whole thing
- What is your greatest strength?
- My greatest strength is that I am a team player, a good listener, and attentive that are useful when talking to a customer.
- What is your greatest weakness?
- You should hire me because I'm a person who pays very close attention to quality. When I decide to do something, be it as simple as cleaning a kitchen or as significant as exploring a new career, I always give it my hundred percent. And I really believe I could apply this to customer service.
