3. Mental/Emotional Wellness
Physical wellness does not only mean exercising a lot, it can also mean eating well, in a way that improves your physical health. Being physically healthy also means that your body's physical functions likely work at the highest function.

Social wellness is whether or not your relationship with people and friends is healthy or not. You can improve your social wellness by doing things like being honest with your friends, and being a good listener.
Mental/Emotional wellness is, "Mental wellness is best described as being comfortable with the people around you, your surroundings, and yourself. Emotional wellness refers to how you react to events that occur in your life." One thing one that Mental and Emotional wellness can be improved is through reducing stress in your life.
