Perkin Reveller, a young fellow who loved to dance and drink, was working as an apprentice in a shop in London, selling food. While working, he would always join parades in the streets with friends and never come back to his job.
RISING ACTION
Reveller would be in the tavern day and night. Dancing, drinking, and being with women was all he could and wanted to do. This was considered a sin, it was seen as taboo.
RISING ACTION
Because Reveller was not focusing on his apprenticeship, his master would check up on him until he finally let him go, saying that it is better to take the rotten apple out of the bag than leaving it in for it to rotten the other apples.
CLIMAX
The apprentice, having no other place to stay, he asked his friend if he could live with him. The friend, being the same as him and having his same lifestyle, allowed him to stay at his house.
Reveller had no responsibilities to worry about and he had his drinking companion next to him at all times. This only allowed him to rotten even more, being in the tavern all day long.
Finally, Perkin Reveller met his friend's wife, who owned a shop as a cover and would do other things at night...
