- Yeah! Actually it's an ECRS here. I noticed that some CLs are fixed and rarely change monthly. So what I do is that I keep the values for this month same as previous month and actually check it every 3rd month.

- Oh, I understand the intent but this is definitely NOT the right way to go about it. Entering the data without actually completing the task is a DATA INTEGRITY issue which is a key part of ALCOA+ as well as PVP.
- Thank you for explaining. I understand that this was not the right thing to do. Till the time right Change Management is completed, no data should be falsified

- Thanks for pointing this out. Any data updated in system should be actually performed/verified.All frequency revisions/simplification should only be performed once gone through CM process.
- Similarly, for updation of e-CIL portal with completed CIL points. There might be a perception of ticking the CIL point without execution since there was no loss related to it on line.
