- Megan's mom tells Megan to have a good day at school
- A boy is making fun of Max because of his clothes and Megan stands up for him
- Megan compliments him and they walk to class together
- Max thanks Megan for helping him out
- Max asks Megan if she would like to have lunch with him after class
- Megan and Max attend class together and the teacher asks the class to pair up
- Max and Megan begin to work on the assignment together and talk more
- They begin to realize they had more in common than they thought
- They turn in the assignment and the teacher tells them they did a great job as the bell rings
- They begin to walk to lunch and start to become friends
- They both get lunch together
- They eat lunch and spend almost the entire time talking together
- Max expresses how nice it is to have a friend
- At dinner, Megan tells her mom about Max
- At home, Max remembers what happened yesterday
- At School, the same boy makes fun of Max for the 12th time this week
- Due to the constant bullying, Max almost decides to shoot himself, but stops himself to look for a reason to live
- Max decides that his friendship with Megan is worth living for, and tries to move on
- Every year, almost 23,000 people die from gun assisted suicide. That is 23,000 lives that were cut too short. Together, we can help prevent gun assisted suicides, as well as widespread gun violence.
