- While Franklin was in a meeting with the Cartel about expanding his empire. Teresa ghosted his trail and quickly planted a tracking device underneath a vehicle he arrived in. After wards she sprinted back to her van, drove one block away at a gas station.

- Hours after cautiously tailing Franklin to his one safehouse, and continues her mission to infiltrate the premise to determine what his next move will be. Teresa sneaks in through the front door, just before one guard notices it was left open and locks it.Teresa later finds Franklin chatting with bio-engineers creating two gas bombs for state level federal building, for dictating the citizens not to arrest them.

- After Teresa silently kills all the guards, she finds blueprints and two lists of what Franklin will do next. One is to politically and economically control South America to accumulate power to such dangerous heights and the other is to kill Gabe and his allies, after he manages to take over South America. One bomb in each country in South America revealed.

- 12 women from Columbia secretly came together and met up in Colombia's international airport, to figure out how to stop Franklin from expanding his empire. Unfortunately the pilot for their private jet was knocked unconscious by a man name Mauricio Herrera. Obliviously the plane became hijacked and was brought to Venezuela where the Cartel will ambush.
- He held 12 women from Columbia hostage inside Mauricio's Fortress, to force them to surrender their power and give them all their money to further expand his empire or all federal buildings in South America will be eradicated. While they are forced to disguise themselves as nuns in a catholic church, behind closed doors sold as sex slaves. They get rescued by R.A.F.S.A. while pretending to be a client.
- Gabe calls upon Felicity and Marina about the problems arising. Gabe and Teresa don't speak fluent Spanish, so they want Felicity and Marina to communicate with all local residents to help fight against Franklin's empires. Soon they were aided by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of South America and Diamond Defenders of Angola.
