- The new peace was not going well. The Hutu were planning a "final solution" to get rid of the Tutsi. The plan that the Hutu had was put into action after the assassination of the Rwandan president. Between 500 000 and 1 000 000 Tutsi and Hutu were killed in the Rwandan genocide.
- AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
- RPF quickly started to fight again, but this time, things were going better. The captured and took control of territory and cities. They also cut off supply routes. The war finallt ended when RPF took control of the last place where the goverment was in control. This forced the goverment and the people guilty of genocide to flee to the nearby country, Zaire.
- Rwandan Army!!! Flee to Zaire!!!
- We are coming too! We can't get caught!
- RPF took control of the country, Paul Kagame became involved with the goverment. He served as vice president for a while, and then moved up to president. RPF began to rebuild the country, and brought the remaining people guilty of genocide to trial. Theyalso were brought the Hutu and the Tutsi together and started to bring peace to Rwanda.
- Peace!!!
