Good Morning children, today I will teach you about the fundamental rights in the Indian Constitution.
Right to equality. In this right everyone is treated equally and no one can be discriminated on the basis of caste, religion etc.
right to freedom. Every Indian citizen has the right to freedom of speech, expression and practise any profession and reside in any part of the country. There is also another right that is freedom of religion, which means that India is a secular country and everyone is free to choose their religion.
The next is the right against exploitation. This right prohibits employment of children under the age of 14 and implies the prohibition of human trafficking.
Next is educational and cultural rights. These rights ensure that the children get proper education without any discrimination,
right to constitutional remedies. In this right, if a citizen's fundamental rights are violated, the aggrieved party can approach the courts because the government can't curb or infringe anyone's rights.
