- A group of girls and a slave met in the woods at night because they wanted her to help them get the boy/man they want. Everything was fine the days and nights before.
- The slave had them bring things that have value to them to put in the fire to make sure it works. The girls all said the names they wanted but one girl wanted a married man wife to pass away so she drink blood from a chicken while the slave song a song/chanted for it to come true.
- Word got out that they were dancing with the devil. They were scared to let the town know that they were conjuring up spirits in the woods.Because it was a sin was to do such thing and they would be hung and killed. They called a minister to get the devil and witched out of the town and to help the kids that were in the woods dancing with the spirits because the town would be scared that there are witches and the devil was in town. They would blame the owners of the children for letting them dance with the devil.
