- I love my parents!
- As a child, Darwin had an obsession with bugs and other wildlife.

- But unfortunately, at the age of 16, his father had signed him up for medical school.
- But father, I want to pursue theology, not medical science!
- Yes, but think about all of the money you can make as a doctor!
- Darwin protested against his fathers decision and stopped going to his medical school classes and only attended a taxidermy class at the school, taught by John Edmund Stone, a formerly enslaved black man.

- He also joined a club where he explored and debated scientific theory.
- I don't believe in that theory!
- Well, I do!
- His father eventually found out about everything Darwin had been doing behind his back and forced him to transfer to Cambridge and become a parson.
- I don't want to become a parson!
- How dare you do this to your father! I'm sending you to Cambridge, far away from any animal-related classes! You're becoming a parson!
