- The British made a tax on the colonists charging them for every document they created.

- England signed a law saying that British soldiers can stay in your home and they leave when they want to.
- Tax on tea
- the colonists were protesting the tax put on them about tea charging them more money for it because the company was going out of business. They dumped all the tea that was delivered into the harbor which led to more problems.
- The British basically stopped the colonists from doing anything or leaving anything because they blocked off the harbor and took things away from the colonists and made their life miserable. Red coats continued to stay in peoples houses and take the homes away from them.
- England decides to put a tax on tea to get more money from the colonists after they boycotted them, this eventually leads t worse things and war.
