- The doll cam from Mary Warren. Abigail Williams was sitting near her at court when she made it. Abigail stuck a needle into the doll's stomach. Mary didn't think anything of it.
- I can try framing Elizabeth of witchcraft.
- After she made the doll, she went to the Proctor's house and gave the doll to Elizabeth Procotr.
- When Abigail was having dinner with her uncle she screamed when she stuck the needle in her stomach herself. She planned it when she knew Mary had already taken the doll to Elizabeth and made sure it was in the same place as the doll.
- When Cheever comes to the Proctor's house he is looking for the doll that Mary had given her. What's suspicious is that the pin was in the same spot Abigail had hers in. This happened because Abigail went to court accusing Elizabeth of withcraft. Cheevar thinks Elizabeth did some witchcraft on Abigail.
- They have more to believe Elizabeth did it once she mentioned she knew about the affair between John and Abigail. John vows to free Elizabeth or sacrifice himself to prove her innocence.
