- DESCRIPTION: Jeremy and Grace have been dating for six years.
- FORTH SCENE
- DESCRIPTION: One day Grace was admitted to the hospital without being able to get sick. Within days of being admitted to the hospital, she was diagnosed with cancer. The doctor told that Jeremy that his girlfriend would still be alive in a few days.
- FIFTH SCENE
- DESCRIPTION: After two days, Grace discharged from hospital. And she taking rest at her house.
- SIXTH SCENE
- DESCRIPTION: When Jeremy went to Grace room and wanted to know her health condition suddenly he found a diary book. He started reading everything that was in a diary book. Grace also wrote her final wish in the diary book .Jeremy wanted to fulfill those desires.
- DESCRIPTION: Jeremy mentioned in that diary book and started to fulfilling every wish. Grace also enjoy her desires. Grace thanked to fulfill her desires.
- DESCRIPTION: Grace eventually died of cancer. Jeremy would lay flowers at his girlfriend's grave every Sunday.
