- The topic that Michael said major because the book is based on people not fitting in and being different. Outcasts lead to new activity/something different so I think that this book really supports this social issue.
- The topic that Mia said is minor because even though it helps the story progress a little, it isn’t what the story is really about.
- The topic that Leah said is minor because this only appears a few times in the book and it isn’t as important as other central ideas.
- The topic that Ellie said major because this happens throughout the book and shows his mindset.
