- The fair Verona, a town in Italy is where our story happens. The time, late 1600's, early 1700's. Romeo is a Montague, a dreamer, and not a fighter. Juliet is Capulet, a spunky girl who blindly obey and this is the story of these two lovers.
- Climax
- The Montagues and Capulets hate each other in the deepest parts of their souls. Their feud has ripped the city of Verona in half and has plagued the streets with fights and brawls for a long time.
- Falling Action
- Romeo and Juliet attend a party, where they meet for the first time and fall instantly in love. This us not okay, since their families hate each other.
- Denouement
- Romeo sees Juliet dead in the crypt, so he kills himself by drinking some poison. Just as he is dying, Juliet awakens from her drug-slumber to find her Romeo dead. She takes his dagger and kills her self to join him and be with him forever.
- Friar Lawrence tells the story of Romeo and Juliet's secret marriage and the consequences from it.
- The Montagues and Capulets are both overtaken by complete grief over the loss of their children. Thus, they vow to end their hatred and make a real and lasting peace for the sake of their children.
