- Tangerine is about a kid who wants to play soccer with his school so he does and he has to move schools because of the sink hole his friend joey went to the same school as Paul because he wanted to but then they had an argument so joey went back to his other school. The story has sinkholes, death, and thefts.

- Setting
- This story takes place in the set of tangerine county, Florida in the mid-1990's. Paul's family just moved to a development called Lake Windsor Downs where a lot of disasters happen.
- Protagonist- Paul Fisher
- Paul fisher is a boy who has a dream to play soccer, he is a fearful 7th grader who plays for the soccer team at his school he is the goalie. the had just moved to new school and just got on to the soccer team. Later in the story he becomes more brave and e is confident.
- Antagonist- Erik Fisher
- Erik Fisher is Paul Fishers brother, Erik is the star player on the football team. He is selfish and mean to Paul. He Thinks that the rules don't apply to him.
