In Paleolithic times... gathering food was dangerous. When people went to hunt, they would usually be killed or wouldn't have a succesfull hunt. Lives were at stake...
We must do something!! people are dying because of how we live!!
I was thinking we could use our tools for something. I don't know what but we'll think of something
I agree, but.....what do we do?
Ok
In Neolithic times... people learned to gather fruits from trees as food and trade them with other people for tools or stones and twigs to build shelter. This made getting food easier and less risky, but they traveled long and far, over seas, across deserts and over mountains to exchange with other people.
Yes, I would love some apples. Here are a few twigs and stones for you to use for fire or shelter from rain...
Hello, weary traveler, would you like a few apples? I'll trade you some apples in exchange for some of those twigs and stones you have there
Thank you!
Hi, I'm Neolithic Nico
Although the journey was far, it was woth it, as food was traded and exchanged and people were not at as much risk of dying when hunting, since there was also farming and domesticating, but that's a topic for another day!!
Trading was helpful in many ways. For example, people didn't die as much becuase no one was hunting anymore. Instead people would go on long journeys from crossing mountains on foot, to deserts on donkeys and sailing the seas, to trade materials for food or spices
Bye!!!
And I'm Neolithic Nata
