Perry, the little girl, notices that the grandmother, named Constance, next door is always alone. Out of pity, she always goes to Grandma Constance's house to cheer her up. One day, Perry could not help but fed her curiosity, so she asked the old lady why she was always alone.
Grandma Constance began to tell her a story. She told Perry that when she was lass, she used to walk her dog at the park all the time. She would always see this gorgeous gentleman walking his dog too. Their dogs enjoy playing with each other, so they cannot help but develop a tight bond.
With time, they began to develop deep romantic feelings for each other, and in the same park, they promised to marry and grow old together.
Their intimate wedding day arrived. They intended it for only the two of them, their witnesses, and the priest to be present. However, the sun had set, but Perseus was nowhere to be spotted.
On the same day, Constance discovered that Perseus had been shot by the man obsessed with her in his residence while preparing for the wedding.
Since that day, Constance has never loved anybody but Perseus, and she has decided to live alone. After hearing the heartbreaking narrative, Perry was struck with sorrow.
