- Pelayo dragged the angel out of the mud before going to sleep and locked him up in the chicken coop. The next morning Father Gonzaga arrived to take a look.
- They later brought the angel to the traveling carnival to make money off of him. The angel did not take part in his own act. Instead he spent time getting comfortable in his borrowed nest.
