- Man vs Man: Stanley is in his bedroom when police officers arrest him for stealing shoes from a homeless shelter.
- Mr. Stanley Yelnats. You are being arrested for theft.
- WHAT DID I DO WRONG!?!?!?!?!?!?
- Man vs. Nature: Stanley ( Caveman ) and Zero are digging holes at Camp Green Lake. They have blisters, cuts, bruises, and thirst. Will Stanley survive at camp.
- We have to be out in the scorching hot sun all day, digging holes, and all because i've been accused of stealing. In which I didn't!
- I like digging holes. You teach me to read and write. I'll dig some of your hole each day.
- BUT I DIDN'T DO IT!!!
- Man vs. Society; Stanley went to court for " theft " and the jury found him guilty of the charges. Stanley decided to go to Camp Green Lake.
- Mr.Yelnats! You are being charged with theft. You may either go to Camp Green Lake or go to the juvenile detention center
- Man vs. Self: Stanley was on the bus heading to Camp Green Lake wondering why he was there at that place at that time and now his hero thinks that he's a thief.
- Welcome to Camp Green Lake! GOOD LUCK!!!
- I should have just left those shoes where they hit me!?!?
- I didn't steal. It was my no good pig stealing great great grandpa. There was a curse put on him and I got some of that bad luck.
- Man vs Supernatural: Stanley is trying to tell Mr. Sir that he didn't steal. That his grandpa's curse put him in a bad place at a bad time. ( A long time ago a witch put a spell on Stanley's great great grandpa )
- You can't blame nobody but yourself and your actions.
- Don't take my notebook! I need it for class!
- My Choice: Man vs. Man: Stanley gets bullied at school because of his weight and often gets his notes stolen.
- Give me your notes or i'll give you something to remember!
