- Voltage is killed by Talon Udesky, one of Queen Alma's main assassins and bodyguards. Alma lies to Amplifier and Seamstress once Talon disposes of Voltage's corpse, saying Voltage was killed in a car accident.
- The Dunes of Night
- I'll say it louder for the people in the back: You're not the real Alma!
- A group of drake and Plantae teenagers burn Winter's house because his father is an elemental, and Winter could potentially be "one of them." He flees with his mother, Alyssa, who is sick with an unknown disease.
- The Storm's Eye
- Even when you don't have your hunter-wear, I'm sure you could pound Calypso to a pulp.
- Easton is effected with the plague and tries to kill Peony. Peony then, herself, begins to feel something - or someone - controlling her.
- The Looming Shadow
- No...no...get up, Florian, please. I can't live like this.
- Malachite comes aboard the ship and kidnaps Molly, taking her to Palace Crux. She sees right through Alma's lies and exposes her.
- Crossbow reveals his true identity to Louis, as Louis was the only one who believed Crossbow when he said "killing Gearshift was an accident and a horrible mistake." Crossbow warns Louis of Alma.
- Florian finds the missing and wanted Scrolls of Hatred by mistake. He becomes a monster.
