  • Self care is very important! Without self care, it can really damage your mental AND physical health! Here's a few examples of self care that you should do!
  • Taking a shower is very important! you should take one everyday. if you dont take showers, you can get very sick and you won't be clean!
  • Getting enough sleep is also important. Without enough sleep, you won't be able to focus! Sleep also will keep you healthy.
  • Working out or playing sports is also important! It will keep you in shape and stay healthy, for some its a way to help them let off steam, reducing stress.
  • And make sure you have fun! if you just work all the time and do nothing enjoyable, you will be miserable. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health.
  • With all those disadvantages, You should see that not taking care of yourself is a horrible idea. Staying healthy both physically and mentally is a huge need in life. Please try to stay healthy and happy.
