- 27. November.... ....back in the office
- At least the Quantity for Murata went down to 34.9 Bio pcs. This we can do.......And they accept our price adjustment of almost +10%
- Customer did finally send the updated file and numbers.......Wait a minute:The demand was decreased.... ...but the share on key components as well!!!!
- 1. December.... ....finalizing disucssion with PD
- Why did we loos share. We want to requote on these part numbers to increase share
- Finally we confirmed the 33 Bio pcs factory support. Customer is ok. They accepted our prices. They have reduce the Murata support quantity to 34.9 pcs and accepted our price adjustment of +10%
- We have to answer today!Requote is not possible!Shares are fixed....and we always said we can not support their total request. Share loss is inevitable result or our message of limited supply
- OK, we did increase our potential turnover with Customer. We did keep 51% share.We did achieve a price up.We did achieve a suppliable qty inline with capacityBut I feel like we lost on all sides!!!
